Hi love, I’m Em.

Hi love, welcome.
I’m so grateful you’re here.

If you’ve landed in this space, chances are you’re navigating hypermobility, fatigue, pain, nervous system overload, or a body that feels unpredictable at times. Maybe movement has felt confusing or even scary. Maybe you’ve been told to “just stretch more” or “just get stronger,” and something inside you knew that didn’t feel right.

This space was created for people like you.

Here, movement is slow, mindful, and gentle. Nothing is rushed. Nothing is forced. You don’t have to push through pain, ignore your limits, or pretend your body feels fine when it doesn’t.

Hypermobile bodies need a different kind of support… soft strength, stability, breath, grounding, and compassion. And we work with your nervous system, not against it.

In this space, we explore:

  • gentle, stability-focused movement

  • small, doable practices that support your joints

  • mindful strength without overstretching

  • low-spoon, low-pressure options

  • nervous system regulation

  • breathwork for grounding and safety

  • tiny habits that help your body feel more supported day by day

  • ways to live gently, with more ease and less fear

You don’t need to be “good” at movement.
You don’t need to have everything figured out.
You don’t need to hide your symptoms or your struggles.

Your body isn’t too much. It isn’t broken. It just needs care that matches its unique needs.

I created Hypermobile Wellness Co after my own journey with hEDS, years of instability and pain, and a long stretch of trying to make traditional movement routines work for a body that simply needed something different. Everything here is rooted in lived experience, research, physical therapy guidance, and a whole lot of compassion.

Wherever you are in your journey, you’re welcome here.
Move slowly. Move softly.
Listen to your body and let it guide you.

I hope this space helps you feel more supported, more steady, and more at home in your body.
